For EOB.Item.Serviced[x] on a professional claim why is the data type limited to period? The start and end period would be the same (always i think).

Should ServicedDate and ServicedPeriod both be supported for this profile? @Amol Vyas @Pat Taylor @Saul Kravitz

Hi Josh, yes, agree that ServicedDate and ServicedPeriod should be supported for this profile. Would you mind entering a JIRA ticket with the request so we could track it? @Amol Vyas @josh lamb

They are both supported. There is a rendering issue in the snapshot view that only shows servicedPeriod.
I'm trying to figure out who is to blame.
The only additional constraint imposed on EOB.item.serviced in the professional profile is item.servicedPeriod MS.
Should item.servicedDate also be MS?

BTW, item.serviced is not otherwise constrained in the IG. Should it be constrained on the other profiles?

Figured it out... the MS will now be on the serviced[x], and you should be happy.
