The capability statement says it supports different search parameters than what is listed in the artifacts summary.

The second links lists some resources, which by the description for the section can all be searched against, are not present in the capability statement. The table is also just missing a lot of information that further down in the capability statement it explicitly says it does support, like supported operations is all blank.

I believe the capability statement is correct and the Artifacts summary should match. @Pat Taylor, @Amol Vyas for clarification.
