Touchstone validator is complaining that our capability statement doesn't have the right values populated. Where in the IG does it state that .supportedProfile has to be populated and what the values are?

Additionally, the description of .supportedProfiles says that the server allows search by profile. Does the fact that the CARIN IG uses the word profiles in it's capability statement also require a server to implement search by profile even though _profile isn't listed in the explicit list of required search params?

Supporting the profiles is required for conformance. See http://hl7.org/fhir/us/carin-bb/CapabilityStatement-c4bb.html#behavior
