I just discovered that CMS has a R4 ExplanationOfBenefit 'profile' as part of their beneficiary claim data API: https://bcda.cms.gov/assets/data/BCDA_Data_Dictionary_2021_07_14_r3.xlsx that appears to be a more or less straight port of the STU3 BlueButton one, and so very much not compatible with CARIN BB profiles . . .
