Hello,
I wanted to gauge the community's interest in an alternate design that will allow payers to meet payer-to-payer requirements without converting clinical data from point-in-time sources.
This proposal is a custom FHIR operation "$open-access". We can workshop how it functions but I included one flow as an example. This operation has a low implementation burden and risk when compared to converting point-in-time clinical sources.
