Has there been any discussion or idea about providing 'accumulator' values (either inside ExplanationOfBenefit or in some other way) - like the accumulated (and maybe remaining) deductible or out of pocket values up to a specific claim or date?
Something like this:
(One of the clients we are working with needs that data but there appear to be no standard place for it - so currently thinking to provide it via a custom operation)

@Michele Mottini, could you elaborate on your implementation of accumulators? Are you indicating you added a custom operation off of CARIN EOB? Also, would you be able to expand on what information you are including or potentially share your IG?

See documentation at https://patient360.anthem.com/P360Member/fhir/Operation?name=accumulators&prefix=fhir-r4 - it is very custom-made to fit the underlying Anthem system we get the data from. It is a Patient operation, so you call it as [base]/Patient/[id]/$accumulators. . ..
