Missing diagnosis -FHIR requires use of diagnosis and it should be ICD9/ICD10 code as per the C4BB (Carin for BlueButton). However EDI 835 transaction (remittance) does not have diagnosis codes at all. As it's a required binding, I understand that data absent extension cannot be used. Why would you be trying to use an 835, record of payment, to make an EOB and not the 837 which is the claim, which does have diagnosis data?
