Hi Michelle - I registered an app a couple of days ago and am able to auth without issues right now. Is there anything you guys you need to do? I'm assuming not since it works for me but figured I'd ask.

Keep using what you were using - I fixed the server config to accept openid

the app self registration is buggy and does not set the allowed scopes - you are doing nothing wrong!
