Mark Roberts (Oct 04 2021 at 22:05):
The CARIN Alliance will host a free Virtual Testing Event on November 11th from 10 am – 6 pm ET. The Testing Event will focus on testing the CARIN IG for Blue Button® and the CARIN IG for Digital Insurance Card. We will hold an Information Session to provide an overview of the Testing Event and will answer a number of questions that might be helpful as you prepare. We will announce the date and time of the Information Session very soon.
The Testing Event will be split into a morning and an afternoon session. The CARIN IG for Blue Button® track is scheduled from 10 am – 2 pm ET and the CARIN IG for Digital Insurance Card track is scheduled from 2 pm – 6 pm ET. The Blue Button® track will focus on real-world testing of the IG including Oral and Vision types. We would strongly encourage all implementers who have not previously tested the Oral and Vision claim types to participate.
Please see below for links to register for the two tracks, links to the track pages, and a draft agenda for the day.

Mark, I was on the call yesterday and we at Lexis Nexis are ironing out details in order to attend. Quick question, the MITRE RI and client information that I saw on the Confluence page, is MITRE playing both roles for testing? I see UPMC for Sandbox Server but not MITRE.

Corey Spears (Nov 02 2021 at 22:38):
MITRE information is posted now. I had it posted on the track page, but it looks like it was overwritten. Please note that work is currently ongoing for both the client and server.
Douglas DeShazo (Nov 03 2021 at 14:56):
Thanks. Are web clients acceptable to perform the testing? I heard on the call that was okay.
Corey Spears (Nov 03 2021 at 18:18):
Sure. There are no restrictions regarding the type of client.
Douglas DeShazo (Nov 11 2021 at 15:42):
Corey, earlier we got Access Denied by Rule which is why I asked
Keith Finlay (Nov 11 2021 at 18:33):
is the 1:30 Lessons Learned Session still on?
Corey Spears (Nov 11 2021 at 18:38):
@Douglas DeShazo , Looks like we were able to resolve the issue. Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions.
