ToF understands StructureDefinition. Once we nail down the cda-core IG, I intend to load its StructureDefinitions into ToF to be used as a base for other implementation guides

I'm interested in the other stack, the classic CDA guides. If I write a structure definition on Observation as in CDA core, will that make it available in a classic CDA IG?

as part of the IG

@Grahame Grieve Trifolia Workbench (aka the "old" Trifolia) has a native XML format for importing/exporting templates. It also has limited support for the Templates STU exchange format.

Do you have time to do that? :). If so I think it would be a great way to test the StructureDefinition approach. It would also allow publishing of IGs in legacy formats like MS Word.
