Question: in looking at must-support extensions in the Da Vinci Formulary IG, I see two extensions with similar names and the same definition. What are the difference between these two attributes?

Since DaVinci was based on the QHP Formulary File, these these are two of the elements from the CMS Plans and Benefits File Layout that QHP Payers have to submit to CMS along with their Formulary File. The summary url is intended to be a link to a summary of coverage publication (for the plan as a whole and its coverage...beyond medications). The formulary url is a link to a formulary publication - generally on a healthplan's member or provider portals. I'm not sure they are as relevant in the API space, but that's the background on them.
