As discussed on the 2022-03-28 Pharmacy Workgroup call we are proposing the following Block-Vote-3 as a part of STU2 ballot reconciliation for the Da Vinci Formulary IG to be voted on at next week’s Pharmacy WG meeting (Monday, 2022-04-04).
You may request to remove any item from the block vote by responding to the email posted to the Pharmacy list, posting on this Formulary Zulip Stream, or during the call before the vote with the specific Key for the item you wish to have removed.

As a follow-up re: FHIR-35366 -- as we discussed during the call I joined, I've proposed some enhancements to FHIR search that would obviate the need for a distinct resource by surfacing terminology properties like detailed names and dose forms in search. See FHIR-36651 for details.
