As discussed on the 2022-02-28 Pharmacy Workgroup call we are proposing the following Block-Vote-1 as a part of STU2 ballot reconciliation for the Da Vinci Formulary IG to be voted on at next week’s Pharmacy WG meeting (Monday, 2022-03-07).
