Hi @Dave Hill what is the intention of Network within the IG? In the RI, we only see PREFERRED : https://davinci-pdex-formulary-client.logicahealth.org/coverageplans?page=next and the definition is not helpful. Would you be able to provide some guidance? Thanks.

The content of the IG was driven by the QHP formulary -- https://github.com/CMSgov/QHP-provider-formulary-APIs.
The QHP formulary requires that each coverage plan have at least one network, with the following definition:

There is indeed room for clarification in future versions of the IG.
