Currently getting following errors while launching the DTR app:
Failure when fetching ValueSet ../../fhir/r4/ValueSet/$expand?url=http://cts.nlm.nih.gov/fhir/ValueSet/2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1219.35 Make sure CRD has ValueSets Loaded.

Sorry, still seeing these errors while starting the CRD server
