Hey @Lloyd McKenzie, sometime back, when the incomplete questionnaire was proposed to be saved on the payer side, we had done a security review, that decided there was concerns with that. Is there a JIRA ticket or something capturing that? I want to bring up the same security concern around the SDF forms capabilities, and request that that be reviewed, with the context of this prior review in light.

The security concerns were discussed on Zulip and impacted the initial proposed design, but I don't think there was a specific tracker.
