Topic: Updating IG Templates - calls
Jose Costa Teixeira (Jun 15 2021 at 14:17):
We 'll start setting up regular calls for IG template updates - How to maintain our templates
Jose Costa Teixeira (Jun 15 2021 at 14:21):
for planning the calls, we should look at preferences for timezones to see who can join?
Here's a poll - any further suggestion is welcome:
John Moehrke (Jun 15 2021 at 15:31):
I don't see a check box for the first time offered (9am eastern)

@Eric Haas @Sean McIlvenna
Rob Hausam (Jun 15 2021 at 19:44):
Do we know the day(s)?
Jose Costa Teixeira (Jun 15 2021 at 20:03):
I thought of seeing who's interested from different time zones, then we can find a precise schedule
Grahame Grieve (Jun 15 2021 at 21:51):
tricky from the southern hemisphere, since calls move around by two hours depending on the time of year. e.g. I can do an 11pm call but it would be 1am in summer, and that's no go
Sean McIlvenna (Jun 15 2021 at 22:00):
I would love to attend, but my calendar is a mess for the next (at least) month. So, I won't likely be able to attend until my calendar dies down a bit
Jose Costa Teixeira (Jun 22 2021 at 07:40):
@Lloyd McKenzie please vote / pick up from here.
Jose Costa Teixeira (Jun 22 2021 at 07:40):
@Nick George in case you are interested
Nick George (Jun 22 2021 at 17:13):
I am! do you know what dates you'd roughly start?
Lloyd McKenzie (Jun 24 2021 at 16:19):
/poll What timeslots can you regularly be available for?
Mondays 1 PM New York | 10 AM San Francisco | 7 PM Brussels | 3 AM Sydney (Tuesday)
Mondays 5 PM New York | 2 PM San Francisco | 11 PM Brussels | 7 AM Sydney (Tuesday)
Tuesdays 1 PM New York | 10 AM San Francisco | 7 PM Brussels | 3 AM Sydney (Wednesday)
Tuesdays 5 PM New York | 2 PM San Francisco | 11 PM Brussels | 7 AM Sydney (Wednesday)
Wednesdays 1 PM New York | 10 AM San Francisco | 7 PM Brussels | 3 AM Sydney (Thursday)
Fridays 5 PM New York | 2 PM San Francisco | 11 PM Brussels | 7 AM Sydney (Saturday)
Lloyd McKenzie (Jun 24 2021 at 16:19):
These are based on what time-slots seem to work best from the previous poll and were the times that both Jose and I had available. Note that this poll is for the current Northern Hemisphere spring/summer/fall. We could potentially re-evaluate in Oct/Nov. when time zone alignments change.
Lloyd McKenzie (Jul 01 2021 at 14:50):
It looks like the winner is Tuesdays 5 PM New York | 2 PM San Francisco | 11 PM Brussels | 7 AM Sydney (Wednesday).
I've set up the calls starting on July 6. Call details will be the usual FHIR-I link: https://hl7-org.zoom.us/j/8583747934?pwd=VnZiWFZsNm1TSk5QWmZlbVJyQVZGdz09
