In response to several editor comments, I've made a number of changes to how example resources are rendered in IGs. It's hard to describe them because it's a series of small things, but here's a before and after shot:

These very definitely come under the purview of this group, and need approval, but I can't easily describe them. but, for IGs:
- I added a plate that summarises the common parts of all resources
- I cleaned up the rendering of Codings
- I pared back the information shown when showing a link and showed the link itself
- I fixed a couple of bugs about when to show information as a leaf or not

my plan is to release them so people can look at them in a variety of contexts, and then we can approve them after maybe a bit of iteration

Looks OK to me (If I don't like a rendering - I make my own anyway)

seems a useful improvement. I would be willing to see how well it behaves in my IGs.
