In the profile page in an IG, I encountered the following when downloading the file:
Sometimes (?) the download gets the file name. Sometimes it is just downloaded as "null".
I think it comes from here: https://github.com/HL7/ig-template-base/blob/master/layouts/layout-profile-format.html#L26
where it says
<a href="{{[type]}}-{{[id]}}.{{format}}" download">
it should perhaps say
<a href="{{[type]}}-{{[id]}}.{{format}}" download="{{[type]}}-{{[id]}}.{{format}}">
?

Anyone else suffering from the fact that the downloads sometimes use null as the filename ?
I think the template is following the html spec, so perhaps it's a browser thing, or just Belgian browsers...
