https://confluence.hl7.org/display/VMAH/Vocabulary+Maintenance+at+HL7 says "If you are NOT an HL7 member, please add a comment in the 'Note' field explaining why you want to become a reviewer and describe your relationship to HL7 and/or UTG", which begs the question: Is any employee of a member organization considered an "HL7 member" for the purpose of getting UTG voter permission, or is it limited to people listed in the "Global Membership Directory" http://www.hl7.org/about/GlobalMembershipDirectory/index.cfm?ref=nav ?
