The new workgroup in ISO/TC 215/ I mentioned is called WG 11 Personalized digital health. I believe they work with health app quality issues, but else I'm not sure what the goals/plans are yet, but I would guess (hope?) something around IPA use cases, usability, security etc.
We (The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth) will make sure at least one Norwegian follows WG 11.
