I'm finding that any constraints I place on elements that aren't in directly under the resource (eg. Patient.identifier.type) are not being saved. Do I have to do something special with the top level element (Patient.identifier) in order for constraints lower down to stick? Thanks

Hi @Craig Newman . Yes, I believe so. I am working on a bug fix. It is mostly complete, but it is rather involved. I hope to have a fix for this within the next week.
