Hello, I know FHIR R4 support was recently added. Looking at the "Resource UI Support" in the README (https://github.com/lantanagroup/trifolia-on-fhir/blob/master/README.md), most resources are shown to only be "DSTU3". Is this table out-of-date? In not, what are the roadmap plans for updating these resources to FHIR R4? Is any of this related to Lantana's fork of HAPI FHIR meaning are there R4-related dependencies on Lantana's fork of HAPI FHIR?

I believe Trifolia on FHIR supports all R4 resources now. @Sean McIlvenna can you confirm? If so then that README.md file needs updating.

Yes, ToF supports all R4 resource types

@Sean McIlvenna It would be great to do a text search across a single implementation guide. This would make it easier to do updates to pages by being easier to find specific text phrases across a number of pages.
