It seems that for some reason the queue in ToF is getting hung up. I'm not sure if it's because the IG Publisher is finishing unexpectedly and ToF is failing to remove the queue associated with the exited IG Publisher, or if something else is going on. We're investigating... I'll likely need to add some management functionality to monitor the queue a little more closely...

I'm getting close to pushing a change to ToF that will allow me to more-closely monitor the publishing queue. Hopefully today.

@Monique van Berkum, @Robert Dieterle and @Sarah Gaunt please let me know if you encounter more "You are #XX in queue" issues. I have updated ToF to include some functionality for me to examine/cancel queues. I'm hoping it will help determine what the ultimate queuing issue is.
