I received the following error when I attempted to publish a test Guide using ToF today.
Publishing Content Failed: Unable to find the package source for 'hl7.fhir.core#4.0.1' at http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/package.tgz (00:03.0377)
please could you advise as to the cause of this error and also how I can fix it? Many thanks.

Hmmm. This seems like an IG Publisher issue. @Grahame Grieve can you confirm?

looks like an old publisher
