@Rick Geimer @Sean McIlvenna I'm wondering what is the best way to add narrative to the Profile pages (which are generated from StructureDefinitions), ideally, in the bottom of the page. As a work around, I had tried to add narrative to the "StructureDefinition.description" element - this looked fine, though it appears at the top of the Profile page, but then the overall Profile & Extensions page looked ugly with very long descriptions of the profiles.

Hi @Igor Sirkovich . The description field really is the best spot, right now. Another option would be to create a page on the implementation guide that has your additional details, and then link to it from the description of the template. For example: "Read this {page} for more information."

It may be possible to create additional narrative elsewhere in the profile page after we move to the new official FHIR template, but these are the best options for now with the template ToF is currently using.

I will keep this in mind while we implement the new official FHIR template, though.
