Topic: File won't upload after deleting

I have a file (a QuestionnaireResponse) that I previously uploaded successfully but now, it won't upload again.
I deleted the resource using menu path Browse/Edit --> Edit IG and then accessing the Resources tab.
Now, when I try to re-import it, I get this error:
Failed to call access method: org.springframework.dao.IncorrectResultSizeDataAccessException: query did not return a unique result: 3; nested exception is javax.persistence.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 3
Another thing that I notice is that when I try to import this file, after I drag/drop it, I get a message that the Action is "Update", but I would have expected that it should be "Add" because it is deleted.
