I'm trying to build profiles with Trifolia and want to use https://www.hl7.org/fhir/vitalsigns.html as a base definition. When I create a new profile derived from vital signs base profile, it won't inherit the cardinalities etc. Is there a way to create derived profiles in Trifolia?
