FHIR#31889 is not accessible. it has been miscategorized as waiting for input since was a duplicate issue and in trying to fix it is now is both duplicate and duplicated by FHIR-31890. Can you either remove it altogether and I will create a new tracker or fix so FHIR#31890 is duplicate of it.

I would love to know what people are doing to create this sort of situation. If anyone can reproduce being able to mark something as a duplicate that doesn't immediately cause the issue to transition to a status of 'Duplicate', please tell me - because it's not supposed to be possible.
(At the moment, I can't get FHIR#31889 to open at all - @Joshua Procious ?)

Same problem. And obviously if I'm not logged in, I can't fix the issue :)

OK instead of wasting a lot of time on this, I am going to recreate a new tracker and pretend this one does not exist.

I am getting the same "Error" response. I don't know why this is happening but I'm investigating
