Hey Friends (and probably Lloyd). I believe that I may have greater permissions to edit jiras on the CDS Hooks and FHIRcat specification than on the IPA specification -- which we just added to jira late last year.

- (Specifically, I don't have the ability to "Adjust Fields" on an un-triaged jira so as to add tags to it, which is handy for categorizing jiras into buckets for further action).

@Isaac Vetter You're already a 'trusted user'. There's no "adjust fields" option available on untriaged issues. Step 1 is always to triage (during which you can adjust pretty much everything). Adjusting fields is something that becomes available post-triage.
