I was trying to exclude pre-applied items. But the "pre applied" filter allows me just to select or deselect 'Yes', so it seems I have only two options Yes or All. Any suggestion ?

You can, but you need to click the "Advanced" button. If you do that, you can specify this: "Pre Applied" = null which should give what you're looking for.
