Topic: adding Cross-Group Projects WG and updateing versions for IG

I have a couple of issues:
-
The appropriate WG is not listed for the IG ( US Core - Cross-Group Projects )
- ideally, the the IG defaults to a WG -
The appropriate WG is not listed for the IG ( e.g. 3.1.0)
- ideally the IG defaults to the latest version
Please advice if and how I can update this...

is the Jira data mined from IG.xml or the package? I used the Implementation guide but could see using the npm package file?

Right now, the Jira data is manually maintained. Intention is for it to be generated (but not committed) by the IGPublisher. And you'll get warnings if you have stuff in your IG that isn't reflected in Jira.

The build check process is complaining for reasons I don't understand, so haven't merged your changes yet. I've reached out to @Josh Mandel for help.
