How do I get a new IG added to the Specification menu in Jira, so that when someone clicks on "Propose a change" and creates a new ticket, they can select our IG?

Ah, thank you Melva. I searched Confluence but for some reason missed that page. (It's for the Patient Corrections IG: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-patient-correction/)

It looks like I am supposed to "contact the HL7 webmaster" in order to add an entry to JIRA-Spec-Artifacts/xml/_workgroups.xml, rather than doing it myself via a PR. We need to add a new entry for the Patient Empowerment workgroup. Who should I ask?
