I cannot make any changes to JIRA ticket other than comments. How do I gain edit privilege? @Lloyd McKenzie

Roles did not propagate correctly. (And somehow we didn't catch that in testing.) Working on general fix now, but I've fixed you manually.

@Joshua Procious has the list of people who are missing permissions and should start adding them in an hour or two. Anyone who can't wait that long, holler here (or for even more immediate action, Skype me). Apologies for missing this during our review process.

(That's for tracker managers - most users should only have the ability to create and comment, not edit - though you do now have the ability to 'Close' tracker items if you submit one erroneously and no action has yet been taken against it.)
