Topic: Unable to Create Ticket

I was able to successfully log into jira.hl7.org but when I click "Create" it prompts me to request a new account. I fill out the form but it will not submit because I already have an account.... how do I get around this? Am I doing something wrong?

Weird. I hate to say this, but have you tried logging out and logging in again. Also what URL are you at when you click on 'create'?

Hello Benjamin, I'm looking into this now. I think it's a caching issue. What browser are you using? For now, while logged in, please go to https://jira.hl7.org/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10405 to create a FHIR Spec related issue

@Benjamin Langley I am able to replicate this issue if i open multiple tabs while logged into Jira, close a tab, and then try on a new tab. I was able to rectify by completely logging out, closing all tabs of my current browser (Chrome) and then logging back in. After I logged back in, I went to Dashboards>FHIR-Issues and then "Create" at top was acting normal. I will continue to look into this.

So I don't think I'm doing something right. I am trying to add a ticket for the DaVinci PAS IG. I watched the video on how to create an issue (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xvz3eBqB0sk&list=PL4DUfomz2RZwqt51oQ6oQUMYhUAqHJsse&index=3) but I don't see Change. Request as an option. Only Task, Story, Bug, Epic

When you go here: https://jira.hl7.org/secure/CreateIssue.jspa?pid=10405 are you seeing "Project" as "FHIR Specification Feedback..." by default?

Ok, I think this is falling under the issue as before. I will look into Safari specifics related to this. Also, I've seen some field misalignment and other due to shoddy internet connection. This may play into it.
