Please feel free to ask questions about the use of our Atlassian offerings JIRA and Confluence. Remember, do not post passwords. Thanks!

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Feb 07 2019 at 15:58):

for those of use who prefer to write in markdown this was a nice alternative to using the formatting tools

view this post on Zulip Joshua Procious (Feb 07 2019 at 15:59):

Hello Eric, can you provide a link to a page where this has been used previously please?

view this post on Zulip Joshua Procious (Feb 07 2019 at 16:04):

I did notice that an appended "space" after the input markdown results in what your picture displays. When I removed that space I got pasted image

Thanks but is still not working on my system. maybe is a local thing.

view this post on Zulip Joshua Procious (Feb 07 2019 at 20:50):

Ok, I think you are probably right. I would try an alternate browser and if you see a port specified after "confluence.hl7.org" in the url please remove and retry.

Hey @Lloyd McKenzie , @Brett Marquard is not able to vote. I have checked his permissions and account and all seems correct. Any ideas?

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 23 2020 at 16:44):

Able to vote or able to comment? Voting isn't enabled for anyone yet - still must be done by spreadsheet. However, you can comment in Jira and reference your comments in the spreadsheet.

this is for CDAMG eVote -- https://confluence.hl7.org/display/CDA/Approve+PSS+for+Dental+Implementation+Guide

Voting in Confluence itself? I have no clue. Keeping track of Jira is more than sufficient for my brain at the moment :)

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Jan 23 2020 at 17:17):

haha, thanks Lloyd. @Joshua Procious any other ideas?

view this post on Zulip Joshua Procious (Jan 23 2020 at 17:17):

That was my error. Follow up in pm.

Confluence is back online. If you have any questions or need assistance with data during a page load missing, please let me know here or at joshua@hl7.org.

All, as our Atlassian products gain more usage (JIRA, Confluence) it becomes more important to whitelist the domain hl7.org in your email client. This is done in Outlook by adding the domain hl7.org to your Safe Senders. If possible, add lists.hl7.org in there while you are at it. :)

view this post on Zulip David Johnson (Jan 28 2020 at 18:53):

All mail from our Atlassian servers comes from webmaster@hl7.org if you need to indicate a specific address. This will help to keep everyone informed of important notifications from JIRA and Confluence.

Scrolled through this long string and searched through all instructions for use of Jira and I can't find any instructions on how to download a final reconciliation spreadsheet once all reconciliation has been completed. Please advise - it will hold up publication of an IG from a September 2019 ballot for which nearly all reconciled items are applied.

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Feb 02 2020 at 10:37):

@Floyd Eisenberg Thanks for pointing out the need for some documentation on this. It now exists :)

You can find the instructions here: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/HL7/Reconciliation+spreadsheets

On the plus side, they're pretty short and sweet...

Thank you very much. It works well and it's very direct as I can do it successfully.

@Lloyd McKenzie The Reconciliation Spreadsheet instructions are clearly short and sweet. However, although they worked in February, when I click on Reconciliation Spreadsheet nothing downloads. Is there a bug or is there a new process of which I'm not aware? Thanks. Floyd

What's the ballot?

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (May 04 2020 at 15:27):

Note that nothing will download - it'll just attach...
