Topic: Remove attachments from a Jira
Cooper Thompson (Jan 20 2022 at 15:55):
Who can remove attachments from an existing Jira? For example, if there are documents attached that are marked as confidential/proprietary.
Melva Peters (Jan 20 2022 at 19:04):
@Joshua Procious
Joshua Procious (Jan 20 2022 at 19:09):
@Cooper Thompson I'm happy to remove an attachment. Which Jira issue is in question?
Cooper Thompson (Jan 20 2022 at 19:24):
I sent you the trackers in a PM.
Joshua Procious (Jan 20 2022 at 21:37):
Ok got it. Thank you. Looking into it now Cooper. Will update when I know more. It does seem all functionality was specifically taken away from removing attachments in this state.
Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 21 2022 at 02:28):
You have to reverse the state to open, remove and then reapply the state. I've removed the two that were obviously sensitive. I've left it open in case you'd indicated anything additional that was sensitive so @Joshua Procious can remove those too before he re-closes it.
Joshua Procious (Jan 21 2022 at 14:49):
@Cooper Thompson could you please identify any outstanding pdf's or csv's that have proprietary info in these two tickets (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-15627 https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-15625 ) and then I will transition back when complete?
Cooper Thompson (Jan 21 2022 at 16:31):
Can you
- remove the CSV files from https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-15625
- remove the PDF files from https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-15627
Joshua Procious (Jan 24 2022 at 18:43):
Hello Cooper, thank you for your patience on this. I've removed the CSV and PDF files respectively. FHIR-15625 has been transitioned back to it's original "Resolved - no change" status. FHIR-15627 seems to have been properly set to "waiting for input". Let me know if you need anything else on this!
Cooper Thompson (Jan 24 2022 at 19:15):
Those both look good now. Thanks!
