Just had a question a ticket -- What is process for marking 'referred and tracked'
Brett Marquard (Feb 27 2020 at 18:34):
Apologize if this is obvious, didn't immediately see
Lloyd McKenzie (Feb 27 2020 at 19:00):
Move it to the target work group
Lloyd McKenzie (Feb 27 2020 at 19:00):
They then disposition it - or possibly provide feedback and punt it back - or on rare occasions to yet another work group
Brett Marquard (Mar 19 2020 at 17:27):
and by move, @Lloyd McKenzie , do you mean use the option under work flow?

Lloyd McKenzie (Mar 19 2020 at 17:32):
Yes
Sarah Gaunt (Jun 30 2021 at 20:31):
So we have a few issues (https://jira.hl7.org/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20FHIR%20AND%20Specification%20%3D%20%22Electronic%20Case%20Reporting%20(FHIR)%20%5BFHIR-us-ecr%5D%22%20and%20grouping%20%3D%20REALD) for eCR where we voted on these as "Referred and Tracked" in the January WGM (we were still using the spreadsheet and that was an option). The PH WG voted them as "Referred and Tracked" for consideration by US Core. So I moved them to the Cross Projects Workgroup.
We are trying to close out the comments for eCR, but I'm thinking we can't while these comments are still open with the other workgroup.
What is the best course of action here? I'm wondering if we should take the comments back, re-open them and re-vote to change to "considered for future use"?
Lloyd McKenzie (Jul 01 2021 at 02:22):
If this is a FHIR IG, all of the comments need to be loaded into Jira. Spreadsheet reconciliation isn't permitted for FHIR products.
Lloyd McKenzie (Jul 01 2021 at 02:22):
And yes, all of them will need to be resolved.
