The Confluence PSS block 6i does not have a menu option for "Realm-Transferable", which is defined at https://confluence.hl7.org/display/PMO/Definition+of+Realm%2C+Realm-Transferable%2C+and+Universal+Projects
What is the official status of "Realm-Transferable" for PSS submissions?

This has not been implemented at this point, so for now you should consider a project to be either Single Realm or Universal.
