Topic: Not able to find jira comments associated to a negative vote

I was looking to the FHIR for FAIR IG ballot.
I have one negative vote but I'm not able to find jira comments from that balloter for this specification.
To be more precise, I see 2 negative Ballot Submissions associated to that balloter https://jira.hl7.org/browse/BALLOT-31438 and https://jira.hl7.org/browse/BALLOT-31437.
These submissions refer to the following jira comments https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-35155 and https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-35153.
None of them are related to the FHIR for FAIR guide.....

Yes. There's a known issue with Danial Zhang's ballot. I'm trying to figure out exactly what happened.

I also have a couple of Ballot votes from Daniel Zhang on "US Hybrid/Intermediary Exchange (FHIR)", but are appearing as part of other ballots (https://jira.hl7.org/browse/BALLOT-24438)

Note to everyone: Please don't use "bulk update" to do a "vote same as" on multiple ballots at the same time - at least not until I've posted an update here indicating that it's safe to do so :)
