Username bug on Jira
Pretty shure I wrote that last comment: https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-23076?focusedCommentId=169590&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-169590
My name is not Eric Rose. But maybe it is, as I cannot even log onto the New platform :-)
David Johnson (Dec 20 2019 at 13:37):
Thanks for sharing this. I'm bringing @Joshua Procious in on it.
Joshua Procious (Dec 20 2019 at 13:44):
Good morning Thomas, I'll ping you in PM to get some information on the account.
Lloyd McKenzie (Dec 20 2019 at 16:10):
This may have been a conversion issue. Let me know if you need my help to chase stuff from gForge.
Reece Adamson (Jan 07 2020 at 20:24):
I'm also having a similar problem and @Yunwei Wang suggested I post here to see if you can help me fix it. I had created an HL7 Confluence account, but am having trouble creating tickets on JIRA.
username is radamson
Joshua Procious (Jan 07 2020 at 20:29):
Hello Reece, I see that you are logging in successfully. Specifically what project are you trying to create issues (tickets) in?
Joshua Procious (Jan 07 2020 at 21:16):
I will be away for a week starting tomorrow. @David Johnson and @Lloyd McKenzie will be able to help you.
Yunwei Wang (Jan 07 2020 at 21:41):
@Reece Adamson was trying to create ticket for project FHIR Specification Feedback (FHIR)
Yunwei Wang (Jan 07 2020 at 21:44):
He does not have access to that JIRA project, I think.
Reece Adamson (Jan 07 2020 at 21:44):
Yes that one (I think  )
Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 08 2020 at 16:24):
@Thomas Tveit Rosenlund It was a conversion issue. Now fixed.
Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 08 2020 at 16:25):
@Reece Adamson You should have access. In fact, you should have read access even if you don't have an id at all. When you go here (https://jira.hl7.org/projects/FHIR/issues), do you see a 'create' button in the top menu?
Reece Adamson (Jan 08 2020 at 16:42):
@Lloyd McKenzie Everything seems to work now, thanks!
Lloyd McKenzie (Jan 08 2020 at 16:48):
I didn't do a thing, but glad it's working :)
