Looking into now. We have seen this the last 3 nights - caused by AWS restarting the instance for security patches we believe.

We believe the JIRA ec2... which is seperate from Confluence and Crowd... is installing updates...

We (Hl7/AMG) are not the ROOT user for aws. We think they have a policy to update the EC2s regardless if we set a time-window we prefer for the updates.

Yes Jira was down for 1 Hour. It is back up now.
