I'm currently seeing Jira return "not private", with a cert that expired in March 2021. Is there a known issue @Joshua Procious ?

Was on PTO all last week... thanks for patience on this late reply. @Josh Mandel the reason for that cert expiry message is due to an expired cert on the maintenance message which is displayed when Jira/Confluence come down (like last week when a restart occurred). Thanks for letting me know about this, I'll address.
