Now that all ballots will be conducted via Jira, is it possible that the requests to withdraw negative ballots contain the links to the Jira issues that were part of the ballot?

Thank you! It is becoming a significant pain point to track down what the resolution was, whether it was applied, and so on - having the link right there in the e-mail will make following up on these requests much easier.
