@Joshua Procious I received a java error when submitting--and no corrections email was sent out. But ~20 of the comments were uploaded to Jira.
I think the issue was caused by values in the Section column (D) in the ballot spreadsheet, based on where the process appears to have stopped.

Should I fix and re-upload the whole ballot spreadsheet, or remove the records that got uploaded first, and just upload the remaining ones?

I just re-sent... I realized I had removed the cell contents that I thought might have caused the error. I just sent you the spreadsheet with those values back in place
