Topic: JIRA stuck in "Create Account" mode

I want to create some new JIRA trackers, but when I click "Create" it keeps taking me to the "Create account" screen with no options to switch to issue creation. I'm logged into my account.
Any idea how to break out of this cycle so I can submit my trackers?

Can you show a screen-shot of your screen before you try to click on 'create'?
