I'm having some trouble in marking trackers as duplicates. I'm sure its a simple mistake but cannot figure it out. I select 'workflow' then 'duplicate.' I've tried searching for the issue and typing it in directly, but get no results. Any help is appreciated.

There are rules about what you can link to - has to be the same spec, can't yet have been resolved.

If that doesn't make the problem obvious, let me know the one you're trying to mark duplicate and what you want to link to and I'll see if I can figure out the problem
