The Feb balloting season will start soon. I used to create a GF tracker for my comment and then add GF link to ballot excel sheet. Can I do the same this time with new JIRA? What is the Project and Issue Type I should use in JIRA? @Lloyd McKenzie

Same process. Project would be FHIR. Issue Type is whatever's appropriate for the issue you want to submit.
