Topic: Can't create a new issue

After I have signed in to JIRA, when I click on Create, I get a dialog box that wants me to create a new account. (This is after I have signed in with my existing account.)

It's defaulting to the "new user" project for some reason. You should be able to change the project if you're logged in...

Now I get the correct dialog box, but after filling in the issue details, when I click on the "Create" button, a spinner appears for a while, goes away, and dialog box remains open.
