Topic: Ballot spreadsheet import - set workgroup?
Kevin Power (May 21 2021 at 15:23):
Is there a way to set the workgroup when importing from a ballot spreadsheet? I am getting an error each time I try to import, and am only able to import 1 row at a time because of the error:
ERROR: 78. Error processing row 3. Unable to feedback issue triage. All prior rows loaded correctly and have been removed from the spreadsheet. For this row, the issue and ballot vote were successfully created, but there was an error in triaging the row. Triage will need to be performed manually to set the comment, resolution and/or resolution description. Please remove this row, then resubmit the spreadsheet. Error details:
customfield_11400: Work Group is required.
1 issues created. (FHIR-32691 thru FHIR-32691)
Kevin Power (May 21 2021 at 15:29):
I see this in Conflunce: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/HL7/Importing+ballot+results+from+spreadsheets
Disposition Workgroup name required Must be the name as registered in Jira, not any short forms.
Is this saying "Disposition Workgroup" should be a column in the spreadsheet? If so, I don't see it?
Lloyd McKenzie (May 21 2021 at 15:34):
You'll need to copy from the 'submission' spreadsheet into the old spreadsheet if you're importing post-ballot. We trimmed out all of the columns we didn't want balloters to fill in to reduce the likelihood they'd have issues importing their own issues. But if you're importing post-ballot, you'll need the full set of columns.
Kevin Power (May 21 2021 at 15:40):
OK, I will try that. I was getting errors similar to the ones just mentioned by Bryn, so I tried a shortcut that apparently was too short.
Bryn Rhodes (May 21 2021 at 16:57):
When you say "old spreadsheet", what do you mean here?
Bryn Rhodes (May 21 2021 at 16:57):
Where do I find the "old spreadsheet"?
Kevin Power (May 21 2021 at 17:13):
Well, my 'cheating' approach was to do a Confluence search for "Amalgamted spreadsheet" and found this page: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/HL7/Request+Help+Uploading+Ballot+Spreadsheets
From there, I downloaded one of the 'Corrected Loaded Spreadsheets' and found the column for workgroup, then copy/pasted that into my spreadsheet and put in the right WG name. It did let everthing upload when I imported, but not sure what I might have messed up.
Bryn Rhodes (May 21 2021 at 17:30):
Thank you so much for posting, that definitely helped!
Bryn Rhodes (May 21 2021 at 17:30):
Unfortunately, now it spun for a long time and then came back with this: image.png
Lloyd McKenzie (May 21 2021 at 17:32):
We seem to behaving an issue getting the right amalgamation spreadsheet loaded on the ballot site. I've skyped you a copy.
Bryn Rhodes (May 21 2021 at 17:34):
Looking at what was actually imported, I have verified that all the comments in the amalgamated spreadsheet have a ballot vote associated, so it seems like it's good?
Kevin Power (May 21 2021 at 17:58):
I had the exact same error, but my checking seemed to hint everything imported OK.
Lloyd McKenzie (May 21 2021 at 18:21):
Having the import give a useless message at the very end is common. The browser connection times out before the load completes. Haven't figured out how to stop that from happening.
Hans Buitendijk (May 24 2021 at 12:17):
Is there a JIRA query we can just run, and then add our workgroup and/or resources in the query to narrow down on resources we own? Going through the spreadsheet would be a bit much since there is no column to filter on.
Hans Buitendijk (May 24 2021 at 13:21):
Got the update from the session today, Thank You!. The link to the instructions for others interested in this is here: https://confluence.hl7.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=19136736#SpecificationFeedback-Examples.1.
Also clarified that if you want ballot items across multiple ballot codes, the OR should be in the main query, not within the issueFunction listing multiple ballot codes.
